Editorial Policy

Our editorial team operates from Rotterdam. We choose topics based on reader questions and our own ordering experience. Every review is based on a product we ordered and tested. We do not accept payment for coverage.

We fact-check with screenshots of order pages, shipping labels, and agent chats. When we quote fees or timelines, we verify against at least two orders. We update articles when services change.

Authors are listed on our team page. Corrections are handled as described in our corrections policy.
